A special mention to Floor Manager Tanzil, whose dedication ensured that my room remained immaculate throughout my stay. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thank Parveen and Amit for their exceptional housekeeping services. Their efforts in keeping the room spotless made a noticeable difference—everything looked so much better and more inviting. Moreover, the breakfast experience was absolutely delightful! The variety, quality, and presentation were top-notch, making it the perfect start to my day. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. I look forward to visiting again!

All the staff whether at the counter or in the restaurant were very friendly and polite, and were happy to help you with questions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, my whole family enjoyed it. The restaurant vibe was comfortable and not crowded. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Both rooms were very spacious (especially master bedroom) and suitable for a family or a group of friends. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. It's easy to call Uber and arrive almost in one minute.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and available and fulfilled the expectations. There were two excellent staff members, their names were Imad and Vinayalal, and they were very respectful and polite and I am grateful to them. I recommend this hotel to stay. Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.
