Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel

All the staff whether at the counter or in the restaurant were very friendly and polite, and were happy to help you with questions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, my whole family enjoyed it. The restaurant vibe was comfortable and not crowded. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Both rooms were very spacious (especially master bedroom) and suitable for a family or a group of friends. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. It's easy to call Uber and arrive almost in one minute.

We were so impressed with the staff at this Al Jadaf Rotana Suite Hotels. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay special. Our room had a wonderful view that allowed us to see the Dubai Festival City fireworks – a real highlight! The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived at Al Jaddaf Rotana, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making check-in a breeze. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and available and fulfilled the expectations. There were two excellent staff members, their names were Imad and Vinayalal, and they were very respectful and polite and I am grateful to them. I recommend this hotel to stay. Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.
